Welcome to the Updated MTTC Website

The MTTC program website has been updated to be easier to use, and friendly to view, whether you're on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Test information pages have been redesigned.

You can now:

  • review, side-by-side, information for computer-based testing (CBT) and paper-based testing (PBT), such as test and score dates.
  • access preparation materials, policies, and other information specific to your test from within your test's page.

To get started, select Tests in the main navigation at the top of the page.

You now sign in to your account using your email.

You no longer need your username, if you created one. (Read more in the questions below.)

You can now schedule CBT appointments when you register.

You no longer need to wait for a separate authorization.

Accessing My Account

I previously created an account on this website, but I'm having trouble signing in. What should I do?

Make sure that you are entering your email address and password on the sign-in screen. Do not enter your username, if you created one; usernames are no longer needed to sign in.

If you continue to have difficulty, please use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in screen. You may be asked to re-establish your account. If so, just follow the instructions on the screen. After you finish, you will have access to your account.

Why am I being asked to enter a new password and security question and answer?

The system may prompt you to update your password and/or security question and answer to ensure your account continues to remain secure. Please provide this information when prompted.

My Registrations

I am currently registered for a test. Is my appointment still valid? Can I reschedule if I need to?

Any appointments you have already scheduled are still valid. You can sign in to your account to view your appointment details. You may reschedule your appointment by the deadline (select the CBT or PBT tab in your test's Changing Your Registration policy for details).

My Test Scores

I recently took a test. How do I access my score report on this site?

First, review the score report dates to determine when your score report will become available. Then sign in to your account to access your score report.

Will my test scores from past tests still be available to me in my account?

Yes. Your test scores for any tests you have already taken will all be accessible in your account just as they were before.
