Requesting Additional Copies of Your Test Results

Examinees may access their score reports online for 45 days after the score report date. See "Release of Your Test Scores" for details. Additionally, your testing history, reported as pass/fail status, is available to you through your account on the MTTC website. See "About My Account" for details about creating and using an account.

You may also request additional copies of your test results. Additional copies may be sent to you or an institution. Please allow two to four weeks from the receipt of the request for delivery.

To submit your request, log in to your account on the MTTC website, select "View Testing History," and follow the instructions provided. Or you may instead complete the Test Results Request Form and mail it to Evaluation Systems with the correct payment. This form is available to download as a PDF document by selecting "PDFs and Forms" on the MTTC website. If you took your test after 1998 and would like to use a credit card to pay for additional copies of your test results, you may use the Test Results Request Form or you may call Evaluation Systems at the telephone number listed in "Contact Information." Additional copies of your test results will not be available from the MDE.
